Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Sports Hub & Analytics website and platform. By creating an account you agree to them. If you use the platform on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make a material change we will ask you to review and accept the new version before you continue using the platform.

You must provide accurate information when you register and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

Each account belongs to one person. Organisation owners and admins decide who is invited to their organisation and which role each member holds.

Organisations decide what information they record about their players, members, activities and finances. The organisation is responsible for that information, including having a lawful basis to collect it, keeping it accurate and up to date, and sharing it only where permitted.

Before recording any information about a person under 18, the organisation must obtain consent from that person’s parent or legal guardian and record only what is needed to run its sport programmes.

Sports organisations choose whether to be discoverable by sponsors through the Open To Sponsorship setting. When it is switched on, registered sponsors can see the organisation profile, readiness information, operational metrics and development needs marked for the Opportunity Network. Individual player records are not shared with sponsors.

Sponsors may use the information made available to them only to evaluate, fund and monitor support for sport organisations.

You must not misuse the platform — for example by attempting to access information you are not authorised to see, uploading unlawful or harmful content, interfering with the service, or using it to send unsolicited communications.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or put other users or their data at risk.

Readiness scores, insights and reports are generated from the information organisations record and are provided for guidance. They do not constitute financial, legal or professional advice, and funding decisions remain the responsibility of the sponsor and organisation concerned.

The platform, its software, design and content are owned by Sports Hub & Analytics or its licensors. Organisations retain ownership of the data they record and grant us the rights needed to host, process and display it to provide the service.

We work to keep the platform available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.

You may stop using the platform at any time. Organisation owners can contact us to close an organisation account. We may retain information where the law requires us to, as described in our Privacy Notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
