About Sponsor Readiness
What is a sponsor readiness assessment?
Sponsors and funders back sports organisations they can trust. Before they commit, they look for sound governance, controlled finances, regular reporting and a visible brand. The Sponsor Readiness Score™ checks those four areas in ten quick questions and gives you a score out of 100, so you know exactly where you stand before you approach a sponsor.
It works as a club assessment, a school sport assessment or a check for any academy, NGO or community sport development programme. Your score, category breakdown and improvement path update as you answer, and everything is calculated in your browser — nothing is stored.
Designed for: Clubs, schools, academies and NGOs

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What does the Sponsor Readiness Assessment measure?
It measures four things sponsors look for before they invest in sport: governance, financial management, reporting capability, and visibility and marketing. Each is scored, and together they give an overall Sponsor Readiness Score out of 100.
Who is the Sponsor Readiness Assessment for?
It is designed for sports clubs, schools, academies, NGOs and community sport programmes that want to attract or keep sponsors. It can be used as a club assessment or a school sport assessment.
How long does it take and is it free?
It takes about three minutes and is completely free. There is no signup, and your answers are scored in your browser and never stored.
What do the readiness levels mean?
Scores from 0 to 39 are Not Sponsor Ready, 40 to 59 are Emerging, 60 to 79 are Sponsor Ready and 80 to 100 are Investment Ready. Each level comes with the improvements that would move you up.
How do I improve my sponsor readiness?
Start with the lowest-scoring category in your results. Typical next steps are formalising registration and leadership, putting financial controls in place, and tracking participation so you can report on it. Sports Hub turns those records into the sponsorship tracking and impact reporting sponsors expect.
