About Impact Calculator
How do you measure sport impact?
Sport impact measurement starts with participation: how many people you reach, how many keep playing, who they are and how often they attend. The Sports Impact Calculator turns those figures into a Sports Impact Score™ out of 100, with KPIs and participation trends that update on every answer.
Use it to see how your community sport development work looks to a funder, and which participation tracking gaps — like unrecorded attendance or low female participation — are holding back your impact reporting.
Designed for: Clubs, schools, academies, NGOs and sports programmes
Want the full picture? The Sports Hub platform keeps these measures live from your everyday records, and our readiness assessments go deeper on each area.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What is the Sports Impact Score?
The Sports Impact Score is a score out of 100 that combines reach, participation, inclusion and activity. It shows how much measurable impact your sport programmes deliver and how clearly you can evidence it.
What information do I need to use the Impact Calculator?
You need approximate figures for registered and active players, the number of teams you run, your share of female participants, the communities you reach and whether you track attendance. Estimates are fine.
Why does participation tracking matter for funding?
Funders and sponsors want evidence of who their money reaches. Tracking registrations, attendance and inclusion over time turns everyday activity into impact reporting that supports sports funding applications and renewals.
Is my data stored?
No. The calculator runs entirely in your browser. Nothing is saved or sent, and no account is needed.
How does Sports Hub help me measure sport impact over time?
The Sports Hub platform records teams, players, sessions and attendance as you run your sport, then turns them into live participation tracking, readiness scores and impact reports you can share with sponsors.
